Vicki provides professional supervision for people working in the Human Service sector.
Supervision allows for a thorough critique of professional practice. It is the essence of good human service practice, reflecting on why we do what we do.
During supervision, common themes might include personal values, framework of practice, boundaries, work and organisational stress, work-life balance as well as individual case work reflection.
Supervision usually involves three parts: –
